The Technical Advisory Committee meeting is held on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 1:30 pm in the East Grand Forks City Hall 1st floor Training Room.

Documents associated with the MPO Technical Advisory Committee page prior to April 26, 2026 may not meet the most recent Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). If there is a need for a document associated with the Archived Packets and Approved Minutes pages to meet current accessibility guidelines, please contact MPO staff. 

The MPO will make every reasonable accommodation to provide an accessible meeting facility for all persons.
