Transit Development Plan
The Transit Development Plan (TDP) establishes a vision for Cities Area Transit (CAT) over the next ten years. The plan has three purposes:
- evaluate existing transit services,
- identify opportunities for improvement, and
- recommend new projects to support reliable, efficient, and accessible transit service.
The update will consider transit service performance, rider needs, fleet and technology investments, transit facilities, and opportunities to improve mobility for residents, visitors, students, and employees throughout the metropolitan planning area.
